Need help? Text or call us at 206-763-2733!

We have made this process as easy and fast as possible for you! Fill out our quick inquiry form – it takes just 60-90 seconds! After completing this form, we will send you an e-mail within 2 business days to let you know what your insurance covers based on our experience. This e-mail will also include the order form with detailed instructions on how to fill it out as well as what we need back from you to complete your order. Click here to see what we need in order to bill your insurance.

If you are the primary policy holder of your insurance, you do need to be present to pick up your breast pump in one of our boutiques.

If you have already completed the paperwork, provided a copy of your ID and insurance card(s), and a prescription (if needed), then you may send someone to one of our boutiques to pick up the breast pump for you.

You will need to contact the manufacturer’s customer service directly. Their customer service department will work with you to troubleshoot any problems you are having with your pump or any parts that are defective.

  • ARDO: (415) 504-1754

Each insurance company provides an allowed amount for a breast pump. If the full cost of the breast pump you want exceeds your insurance company’s allowed amount, it’s called an “upgrade”. You are financially responsible for the cost difference.

If you have a secondary insurance, please call our billing department to see if your secondary insurance will cover the cost difference.

Most insurance plans will not cover both, but there are exemptions. We recommend that you call your insurance to verify your benefits.

Unfortunately, no insurance company covers the full cost of a hospital-grade breast pump. If your insurance does have a benefit for a hospital-grade breast pump, it will be rental coverage.

Absolutely! We carry the Medela Symphony, Medela Lactina and the ARDO Carum which are available to rent. If you need or are interested in a hospital-grade rental, please call us and we would be more than happy to talk with you about renting.

We carry the highest quality breast pumps on the market! We currently carry Medela, Cimilre, ARDO, Unimom, Zomee, Spectra and Ameda breast pumps. The feedback that we receive from our clients plays a huge role in the products that we choose to carry.

We currently carry Medela, Cimilre, ARDO, Unimom, Zomee, Spectra and Ameda breast pumps.

Our boutiques carry a wide range of pumping, nursing, baby, and parent lines, including several local brands. We carry nursing and mastectomy bras, breastfeeding supplements, infant and baby clothes, baby slings and wraps, and more. Check out the complete list of brands we currently carry.

Yes, you can! You can use your HSA/FSA funds to pay for your breast pump upgrade fee, purchase a breast pump, and purchase breast pump parts.

It varies from plan to plan. We recommend that you call your insurance to see when you are eligible to receive a breast pump.

Please call our billing department so they can give you the most accurate answer based on what primary and secondary insurance you have.

You can get a prescription from your primary physician, OBGYN, or midwife. However, most medical providers will not sign a breast pump prescription without speaking to the patient first. We recommend you call your medical provider and request
that they fax a prescription to us at (206) 763-2122.

The prescription must have your name, your date of birth, and a maternal diagnosis code.

If you have already received your prescription and it is missing one of the things listed above, we are more than happy to help you! We can contact your medical provider to get the necessary changes.

Purchase breast pump: Every insurance plan is different. We recommend you call your insurance to verify if they require a prescription.
