Do you have a prescription you need to submit for a breast pump through Nurturing Expressions? First, make sure you’ve completed the Insurance Coverage form. If you’ve already had your free insurance consultation, you can submit your prescription form in 4 easy ways:

- Drop your form off at one of our four locations
Most insurance plans cover breast pumps and pumping supplies. Some plans also cover compression garments. We also offer free insurance consultations to ensure you understand exactly what your plan covers.
We offer weekly Clinical Breastfeeding Support Groups in our Tacoma, Poulsbo, and West Seattle Boutiques. Led by an IBCLC, these clinic groups offer one-on-one and shared lactation support.
